Alisha was born in Florida on July 14, 1989. Her first ever acting role took place in 2008 when she starred in the short Murder on Her Mind. It was during the 2010s, and made her debut film role for 2014's Just Before I Go. Also, she played one-episode roles in Criminal Minds and Married. Her home was in Dallas, Texas with her siblings as well as her parents. Holland Roden went to Hockaday School. It was a private girls' school. Holland Roden comes from a medical family background where all belong to molecular biology and women studies at UCLA. Holland Roden did pre-medical studies during a period of time as she was interested in becoming a the cardiothoracic surgeon. Later, Holland Roden decided to enter the acting field. It was not long before she began playing one-time roles on other TV shows, such as Switched at Birth and Major Crimes. For two General Hospital episodes, she next played Nurse Kelsey. From 2017 to 2019, she was Maia Roberts on the Freeform show Shadowhunters. Raising Dion, a Netflix show, followed. She will star in Palmer the film with Justin Timberlake.
